Connect2Culture (C2C) is a 501c3 not-for-profit arts organization in Joplin, MO, founded in 2009 to “enhance community through culture.” Since 2013, C2C has operated as Joplin’s community arts agency. As an umbrella organization it has provided support services to local arts organizations as well as resources to increase community involvement and audience development for the arts. C2C has filled a unique niche supporting the broad development of arts and culture in Joplin – arts, history, nature, and education. C2C focuses on community engagement, professional development, arts education, arts promotion, audience development, advocacy, and programming.
